Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team in maintaining daily workflow efficiency.
- Conduct data entry, analysis, and report generation for weekly projects.
- Support client communication and provide exceptional customer service during busy weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Update project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the summer program.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
