This is a paid opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an intern, you will work closely with our senior team members on various projects, supporting our weekend operations and contributing to our overall success. You will gain valuable exposure to real-world business challenges while building a professional network.
Responsibilities
- Assist Weekend Operations: Support the team with daily administrative and technical tasks to ensure seamless execution of weekend schedules.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain project databases, files, and records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients and stakeholders via email and phone to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and learn best practices.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred) in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the 12-week summer program.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of web technologies is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical or logistical issues.
