Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions in ticketing systems
- Assist in testing new software releases and documenting bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekend system updates and maintenance procedures
- Create user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Attend weekly team syncs and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Windows/macOS operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Previous customer service or technical support experience a plus
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and flexible start dates (Summer/Fall 2024)
