Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support during weekend peak hours via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist the marketing team with data entry, research, and social media content scheduling.
- Maintain and update internal CRM databases with accurate client information.
- Monitor social media channels for weekend trends and engage with our online community.
- Support the operations team in organizing and executing weekend events and workshops.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and summary documents for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new software.
