Responsibilities
- Support the weekend operations team with essential data entry and administrative documentation.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets during assigned weekend shifts.
- Assist the marketing department with the organization and execution of weekend digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and compile weekly performance reports.
- Maintain and update project management databases and filing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend workflow execution.
- Attend weekly intern shadowing sessions to learn from senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
