Responsibilities
- Assist the technical operations team with data analysis and reporting during weekend shifts.
- Maintain and update internal databases and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends relevant to our projects.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for operational challenges.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and project planning sessions.
- Help organize and archive digital assets and project materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or GED program, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach office.
