Responsibilities
- Assist in weekend project execution: Collaborate with the team to manage and complete assigned tasks during the Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support our quarterly strategy, analyzing trends relevant to the Pennsylvania market.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate records and databases using our internal systems.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent service to clients during peak weekend hours.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly intern meetings to discuss progress and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional Attitude: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
