Responsibilities
- Assist in software development cycles including coding, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product development
- Support digital marketing campaigns through content creation and social media management
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document project progress and maintain knowledge base entries
- Present project findings to stakeholders during bi-weekly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent academic standing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or data analysis fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during summer term
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous internship experience preferred but not required
