Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a pristine shopping environment.
- Engage with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Support the management team with inventory counts, loss prevention strategies, and special promotional events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (High school diploma or GED required).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
