Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in troubleshooting and maintaining software applications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the local and Georgia markets.
- Create and update documentation for internal processes and technical projects.
- Support daily operations by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development meetings.
- Analyze data to generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior staff on special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts and software development life cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2023.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
