Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office (Local Austin, TX).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer break.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
