Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and senior staff with daily research and data analysis tasks.
- Support the operations team by maintaining accurate digital records and filing systems.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshop planning.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership review and client updates.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Help implement new software tools and streamline internal communication processes.
- Uphold company standards for quality assurance and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma program.
- Must be available to work during the summer months (May–August).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
