Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the marketing and technical teams in executing daily operations and special projects.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
- Content Creation: Help draft blog posts, social media content, and internal reports.
- Client Communication: Support the account management team in client meetings and email correspondence.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital databases and project tracking spreadsheets.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2023.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
