Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate client records.
- Support the sales and marketing departments with daily operations.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly reports.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Help organize and coordinate summer events and activities.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or College (Graduating class of 2024/2025).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
