Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling and client correspondence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and organize project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special summer initiatives.
- Learn and apply modern software tools and internal methodologies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer break.
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Long Beach location.
