Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekly team meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
- Reliable internet connection for remote/hybrid work options.
