Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily project tasks and deliverables
- Conduct market research and compile data-driven insights
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams for product development initiatives
- Participate in client-facing meetings and stakeholder communications
- Create presentations and reports to showcase findings and progress
- Shadow department heads to understand operational workflows
- Contribute to innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week for 8-12 weeks
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics preferred)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
