Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and workflow optimization.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and data analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends relevant to the Charlotte region.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating summer company events and team building activities.
- Update and maintain accurate records in company databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be able to receive College Credit for this internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
