Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with daily administrative operations and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports for departmental review.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support client relations by answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute summer initiatives on time and within budget.
- Handle data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this internship position.
- Availability to work during the summer months (flexible part-time hours available).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
