Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Create engaging content for social media channels and support the development of marketing collateral.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to identify market trends and competitive insights for report generation.
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute summer initiatives and daily operational tasks.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize digital databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Client Communication: Support the sales and customer success departments with email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Weekly Reporting: Attend team meetings and provide weekly updates on project progress and goals.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company summer events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- GPA Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA required for college credit eligibility.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during summer break.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Mesa office.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic learner with a strong desire to learn new technologies and business processes.
