- Assist the technical team with daily operations, project support, and data management.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist senior staff in decision-making processes.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Learn and utilize various software tools and CRM platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote tasks.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
