Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights for the team.
- Collaborate with senior staff to create compelling content for our blog and newsletter.
- Manage and update our customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate data.
- Coordinate logistics for internal team events and client meet-and-greets.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentation decks for management review.
- Support the IT department with basic technical troubleshooting and software testing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior status preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and time management.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
