Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage and update project management tools and databases accurately.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team brainstorming sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to client inquiries via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
