Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the coordination of daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and project alignment.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations based on collected data and findings.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms under senior guidance.
- Support the sales team in tracking leads and maintaining CRM databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (graduation date within 6-12 months).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (20-30 hours/week) during the summer and fall semesters.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
