Responsibilities
- Assist the data management team with daily entry and organization of digital files.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support marketing initiatives and business strategy.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community to promote brand awareness.
- Provide administrative support to department heads, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues for office equipment and software.
- Update and maintain internal databases with accurate information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
