About The Role
We are looking for proactive and eager individuals to assist our technical staff with daily operations, software testing, and data analysis. This role is perfect for students who want to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare weekly status reports for management.
- Participate in the development and testing of new software features under senior developer supervision.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to gather user feedback and analyze data trends.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for the team.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are followed during on-site operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
- Available to work full-time (35-40 hours) during the summer months.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
