Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy and configure hardware/software including Windows/Linux systems
- Assist with network security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Create technical documentation for SOPs and system configurations
- Participate in cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Present weekly progress reports to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- 3.0+ GPA preferred
