Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless systems
- Support desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and software installations
- Participate in cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Provide end-user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and command lines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
