Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting for corporate systems
- Support network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols under supervision
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal systems
- Participate in agile development sprints and contribute to team projects
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer term (June-August)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings
- Previous internship or academic project experience (preferred but not required)
