Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal systems
- Assist in developing security documentation and incident response protocols
- Monitor network traffic using SIEM tools to detect anomalies
- Participate in security awareness campaigns for employees
- Research emerging threats and contribute to threat intelligence reports
- Support compliance initiatives for industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Collaborate on secure coding reviews for new applications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Understanding of common security frameworks and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
