Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure and cloud services
- Support cybersecurity monitoring and incident response procedures
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on software testing and quality assurance tasks
- Participate in cross-functional Agile development sprints
- Research emerging technologies and prepare innovation reports
- Provide tier-1 user support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited Bachelor's program (Computer Science/IT preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall terms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
