Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Cisco network infrastructure under supervision
- Assist with Microsoft Azure cloud deployment monitoring
- Document IT security protocols and incident reports
- Support user troubleshooting for 500+ employee systems
- Participate in cross-functional agile sprint planning
- Execute vulnerability scans using Qualys and Nessus tools
- Contribute to automation scripts using Python
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program (sophomore/junior level)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with command-line interfaces (CLI) and PowerShell
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site visits
- Available 20-25 hours/week during summer term
