Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance under supervision
- Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
- Learn and apply ITIL service management principles
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (sophomore/junior status preferred)
- Major in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
- Must be authorized to work in the US
