Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure monitoring and system optimization tasks
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud deployment projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and agile sprints
- Research emerging technologies and prepare innovation reports
- Provide Tier-1 helpdesk support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Authorized to work in the United States
