Responsibilities
- Assist in software development and testing cycles using Agile methodologies
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature implementation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting initiatives
- Shadow senior engineers during system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer term
