Join InnovateTech Solutions' award-winning IT team this summer! We're seeking motivated students to gain hands-on experience in enterprise technology while supporting Fortune 500 clients. This paid internship offers flexible scheduling (20-25 hrs/week) with potential for fall extension and full-time conversion. Work on real-world projects including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and automation tools. Our mentorship program pairs interns with senior engineers for personalized growth. Start dates: June-August 2024 (flexible through early fall).
Responsibilities
- Support cloud migration projects on AWS/Azure platforms
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software deployments
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Research emerging technologies and present findings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command line
- Experience with version control (Git preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly during summer
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
