Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to 500+ employees via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations with enterprise software suites
- Monitor network health using SolarWinds and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist in cybersecurity audits and vulnerability patching processes
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on Azure cloud infrastructure optimization projects
- Participate in bi-weekly tech workshops and certification prep sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science/IT degree with 3.0+ GPA
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Active Directory and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Available 20-25 hours/week through August 2024
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
