Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Research emerging technologies and present findings
- Provide Level 1 technical support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Available for 40 hours/week during summer term
