Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Windows/Linux server environments
- Support network monitoring and security incident response
- Document IT procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Perform hardware/software troubleshooting for 200+ endpoints
- Participate in cross-functional agile development sprints
- Conduct system vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Python or scripting languages
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer term
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
