Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure platforms
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development projects
- Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization tasks
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall semester
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
