Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via ticketing systems and direct troubleshooting
- Document IT processes, create user guides, and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity initiatives and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to optimize digital workflows
- Conduct regular system audits and assist with compliance reporting
- Shadow senior IT professionals during on-site maintenance and installations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Must be eligible for academic credit through your college/university
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term (June-August)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
