Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure monitoring and network troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and data protection protocols
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Participate in agile development sprint cycles
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (transcript required)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 40 hours/week in-office
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
