Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems
- Support software development lifecycle activities including testing and documentation
- Participate in cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Create technical documentation and process improvement reports
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for internal employees
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise-level implementations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- Local Phoenix residency or ability to relocate for summer term
