Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Java and Python
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate on agile development cycles using JIRA and Confluence
- Participate in cross-functional team stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Support system maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Create unit tests and contribute to code quality improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (transcript required for credit)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python preferred)
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL experience a plus)
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer semester
