Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications under senior developer guidance
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Document code and processes using industry-standard practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Research emerging technologies and propose implementation ideas
- Support QA processes through test case execution and bug reporting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (must be able to earn academic credit)
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative tools
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer term
- Self-motivated with proactive learning attitude
