Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud-based infrastructure solutions
- Support cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments and threat mitigation
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Conduct routine system health checks and performance analysis
- Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Python or Java programming
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commit 20-30 hours/week through August
- Must provide college credit documentation
