Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning
- Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week (June-August)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
