Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure maintenance and system monitoring
- Assist in cybersecurity vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Collaborate on software testing and quality assurance
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
