Responsibilities
- Support system administration tasks including network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist in software deployment and configuration management
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with engineering teams
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and code reviews
- Research emerging technologies and present findings
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to internal users
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week from June to August
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Portfolio/GitHub repository showing academic or personal projects
