Responsibilities
- Assist in network monitoring, security audits, and system maintenance
- Support software deployment and hardware troubleshooting across enterprise systems
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and innovation workshops
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports for stakeholders
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) during the internship period
- Valid driver's license for local travel requirements
- Previous internship experience or relevant coursework preferred
